SHIPPING — South Africa only

Where we ship
We deliver only within South Africa (address country: ZA). We deliver to street addresses only — we do not deliver to farms, plots, rural holdings, or P.O. Boxes. Please enter a physical street address for delivery.

Order processing

Orders are processed and shipped once payment has been received in full.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday. (We do not normally dispatch over weekends or public holidays).

After dispatch you will receive a tracking number via email from the courier. We will also send an SMS to the phone number provided at checkout.

Delivery times

Handling time (processing before dispatch): 1 – 2 business days.

Transit time: 2 – 5 working days (subject to stock availability, weekends, public holidays and remote-area delays).

Total expected timeframe after payment clears: 2 – 5 working days.

Shipping cost

Flat rate: R99 per order.

Shipping cost is charged at checkout. Free shipping promotions (if any) will be clearly shown at checkout.

Courier responsibility
Once the package is handed to the courier (Courier Guy), the courier is responsible for final delivery. We are not liable for damages or loss after handover to the courier. For courier-related queries (e.g. delivery reattempts), contact the courier with your tracking number.

Delivery restrictions

We only deliver to street addresses.

We do not deliver to farms, plots, P.O. Boxes or rural holdings.

If courier attempts delivery and address is non-deliverable, additional re-delivery charges may apply — we will contact you in that case.

Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel is delayed beyond the expected transit time, contact us at [email protected] and we will assist with an investigation via the courier.
