For hygiene, safety and product integrity reasons, we do not accept any returns on our products. All items sold on this website are sealed consumables (vitamins, supplements and weight-loss products). Once products leave our facility we cannot take them back into stock.

Damaged, Leaking or Incorrect Items (7-day reporting)
If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the item. To request a replacement, email: [email protected] and include:
Your full name
Your order number
Photos showing the damage or the incorrect product
We will arrange a replacement for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Replacements are limited to the same product ordered and are subject to stock availability.
How we process claims
1. Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
2. Our support team will review the evidence and advise whether a replacement is approved.
3. If approved, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no extra cost.
